Life Insurance
i3 provides a Life Insurance plan for all eligible full-time employees from their first day of employment. The total cost of insurance is borne by
i3.
Public Holidays
i3 observes 8 public holidays per year. Full-time benefited employees are eligible for paid holidays immediately upon hire.
Vacations
i3 recognizes the value of vacations for rest and relaxation, free from work responsibilities. Full-time benefited employees are eligible for paid vacation time. Immediately upon hire, benefited employees are eligible for 5 days vacation each year. Employees are eligible for 10 days vacation upon completion of third year anniversary with
i3. Employees can avail of vacation after a minimum accrual. Hours accrue on a pro-rata basis on date of hire. After five years of continuous employment, accrual is increased to 15 days per year. After 10 years of continuous employment, the accrual is increased to 16 days per year, and one additional day per year for each completed year of service up to a maximum accrual of 20 days per year.
Sick Days
Full-time benefited employees are eligible for 5 paid sick days each year, immediately upon hire. Sick days are calculated according to employee anniversary date. Sick days cannot be carried over to the following year.
Education Assistance
i3 provides educational assistance for full-time employees for pre-approved job or degree related classes. Reimbursement includes tuition and books. This benefit depends upon pre-approval by management.
Direct Deposit
Employees are allowed up to receive their pay either through a payroll check or directly deposited to their bank account through the
i3 ‘Direct Deposit' program
